Ms. Ashley founded Brenda’s Helping Hands in 2021 in remembrance of her mother, Brenda J. Scott-Easley. Ms. Brenda was a caregiver and a pillar in her community. She devoted her time, her home and her heart to anyone she came in contact with. Ms. Brenda just loved to help others in any shape, form or fashion. Not only was she devoted to her family but she also gave back to her community by providing a resting place to those that needed a warm place to sleep and a good meal to those that were hungry. Ms. Brenda favorite quote was, "It's the little things that count" and she made sure of just that. Her daughter, Ms. Ashley inherited her mother’s heart and the desire to help people by becoming the change she wants to see in this world.
